Store Returns:

  • Refunds are permitted for non-prescription items, when accompanied by printed invoice.
  • Due to health and safety concerns, some products cannot be returned and no refunds can be issued for such items.
  • Special-order items like footwear, motorized scooters and lift chairs cannot be returned to Jenny’s Your Friendly
    Pharmacy store. Please contact Customer Care at 786 533-8270 to return these items.
  • Mail returns: Call Customer Care at 786 533-8270 before returning items by mail. We’ll work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately.*
